You Can Tour The Million Dollar El Paso Racquetball & Pool House
El Paso truly has a lot of beauty; not just in the landscape but in the houses you come across. This week there was a house on the west side that got Tricia's attention, one that any golfer would appreciate. Well there's another house that's grabbed our attention, this one located on the east side: one that comes with an indoor pool, a koi pond AND a racquetball court.
The details on the house include 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, is over 9,000 square feet, the website it's listed on estimates that the monthly payments will be just over $7,000 a month & the total cost of the house will cost you a pretty penny..or rather MANY pretty pennies: just over a million dollars. You can see all the details & the photos of the house or take a 3-D tour here but we'll take a quick mini-tour right now:
Let's start by driving up to the property. Got a nice gate when you enter the property.
We have a fountain & mini island with a fish jumping out of the water right at the front of the house. We'll see the fish again later.
As soon as you enter, you're greeted with a very fancy staircase & a glass chandelier. I'm not a fan of chandeliers (mainly because knowing me I'll somehow break it) but it adds character.
Located under the stairs is a little koi pond. Usually I see koi ponds at a hotel or at a restaurant; I've never seen one inside a house before.
A close up of the koi pond. If you look closely, you can see the fish swimming around.
On the right of the staircase you can see the formal dining room
Walking further into the house, you come to the living room with a window offering a ton of light into the room.
Here you can see a better view of the fireplace. The look of the house is very elegant.
There's even a mini theater room complete with a projector screen. You even have a tiny train going across the ceiling (I'd nickname it The Thailand Express).
This room definitely has a lot of potential for decorating with tons of memorabilia (whether it'd be sports, cinema, music, etc.)
You can even see the multiple rows of chairs in front of the projector screen. This room screams "Movie Night".
Here's a shot of the kitchen area. Fairly open, plenty of space to walk around.
Another shot of the kitchen/back area.
Having a pool outside can be a pain maintaining, especially with the weather. So why not bring it INSIDE?
Nice touch on the deer statue. Also the little hot tub leading INTO the pool.
I don't think I'd use the diving board but it IS a pool. You can't have one without it.
Talk about keeping active... HUGE racquetball room.
If the white paint doesn't suit you, think of the murals you can put on the wall
Or all the posters & flags that would fit the vibe of this room.
Got another mini-man cave, just for the heck of it.
This is the kind of "isolation room" I could get used to.
Finally we come to the backyard.
Plenty of room to include a mini-playground...
or any dogs to roam around if you want.
