Weird Al Yankovic Performing in El Paso in July at the Plaza Theatre

The quirky comedian, Weird Al Yankovic will be performing at the Plaza Theatre on Tuesday, July 19, 2016.

Weird Al has announced his "Mandatory World Tour" and El Paso is included as one of his concert dates. Yankovic, who has made a life long carrier from his comedy and musical parodies, is the biggest selling comedy recording artist in history with over 12 million album sales.

Yankovic has won 4 Grammys and many awards and praise for his famous musical parody videos such as “Like a Surgeon,” “Eat It,” “Smells Like Nirvana,” and “Amish Paradise”. His 2011 album Alpocalypse (featuring the Lady Gaga parody "Perform This Way") debuted in the Billboard Top 10, and was nominated for two Grammy Awards in the Best Comedy Album and Best Short Form Video categories.
