Watch Pope Francis Bless El Paso and Migrants on U.S. Side

Before celebrating Mass just across from El Paso in the Juarez fairgrounds, Pope Francis walked up a specially built ramp and blessed migrants who had gathered on a levee on the U.S. side of the border. Watch the historic border blessing below:
