Valentine's Day Fun Downtown With Hidden Hearts Scavenger Hunt

You know I love downtown El Paso. I love the architecture, the history, and the flavor of the center of our city. I love the different events that go on throughout the year like the Barstool Open miniature golf tournament, downtown food truck events, and WinterFest. During the run up to Valentine's Day, the Downtown Management District bringing back their popular Hidden Hearts Scavenger Hunt. You don't have to buy anything but you could win some cool prizes from participating downtown businesses.

There are five papel picado hearts that have been hidden on storefronts throughout downtown. Participants have to find all five hearts, take a selfie with it, and tag the DMD to be entered for a chance to win prizes like gift cards or dinner for two.

Elemi, 501 Bistro, Juicery Plus, Taft Diaz, Anson 11, and Hotel Indigo El Paso Downtown are the participating downtown businesses. There is a grand prize of a one night stay at Hotel Indigo El Paso Downtown and two tickets to Mamacita’s Valentine’s Wine Dinner on Friday, February 14th.

Follow these steps:
1. Use the clues posted at DowntownElPaso.com to find the Hidden Hearts.
2. Take a selfie with the heart but try not to give the location away.
3. Post each photo or a collage of the photos and tag @DowntownElPaso on Instagram, Facebook or direct message the photos to enter for a chance to Win! Don't forget to set posts to “public” so they are visible and can be included in the contest.

The Hidden Hearts Scavenger Hunt ends at midnight, February 12, and winners will be announced on Thursday, February 13, via social media and at DowntownElPaso.com.
