The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at The University of Texas at El Paso offers adult education classes for seniors ages 50 and older.

OLLI is “the school for your second 50 years,” and offers 48 classes this spring in the categories of Arts and Hands-on; Body, Mind and Spirit; Current Events; History; Languages; Literature; Music; Religion; Science; Sociology; and Writing.

A lifetime membership to OLLI is $25. Enrollment for the semester is $60 for as many courses as desired, and includes a parking permit.

Enrolled members will receive an identification card entitling them to reduced admission fees for UTEP theater and music events, and members may acquire a University Library Community User Card valid for the semester.

Members are encouraged to enroll by Jan. 24 to receive their schedule and parking permit in the mail. Members who enroll after Jan. 24 will need to pick up their schedule and parking permit from the OLLI Office at UTEP. Courses are $75 for those who enroll after Jan. 21.
