During a practice for UTEP Football, their media team asked a question many people wouldn't answer.

Would you rather have someone go through your text or camera roll?

This could be a tricky question for many people, but some UTEP Football players handled it beautifully. Some even handled it like professional comedians.

One player even used this opportunity to tell the El Paso community that he is single and a good dude, so help him out with any possible new friends.

After some tough criticism from the El Paso community after two big losses, it is nice to see these guys just have a good time together at practice. I don't think a lot of fans really think about these guys just being college students.

They need time to chill, time to relax, and just not feel so pressured. In my college days, my classes already put so much pressure on me, I can't imagine how college athletes balance all that pressure.

UTEP prepares for their next game on Saturday, against North Texas at 2:00 pm on ESPN+ or listen live on our partner station 600 ESPN El Paso.

Even though many fans might be a little disappointed lately, don't give up on the UTEP Miners. It has been one of the best seasons of football and fans need to highlight that, not ignore it.

UTEP's media people might need to start showing more of the fun side of the team in order to get El Pasoans to stop hating on them so much. They are still college students who just want to have fun.
