Tinder Date Gone Wrong Results in Lawsuit

An unidentified Las Vegas man was looking for love in all the wrong places, Tinder.

The man is being identified as John Doe in court documents. And for obvious reasons you will fins out as you read. The woman is a Hollywood producer and the two met on Tinder. John Doe says the two had sex twice and he contracted genital herpes.

He then did what all men having unprotected sex would do. He filed a lawsuit. The lawsuit was filed in the Clark County District Court where he stated he wants $10,000 for his “pain and suffering.”

According to the complaint filed in the court, the two had unprotected sex, including once at the Stratosphere Casino & Hotel. He says the woman later admitted she lied about having genital herpes.

The two are expected to appear in court later this month.
