The Monster Trucks Are Coming Back To the Sun Bowl This Year

I love monster trucks. Every time I see them, I become a little kid again. Usually Monster Jam comes in March but they couldn't in 2021 so I went when they came in October. Well for 2022, they WILL be coming back in March to the Sun Bowl.

It's been an annual tradition for Monster Jam to come to El Paso around the first Saturday & Sunday in March & this year they will be here March 5th & 6th. There will be a total of 12 trucks & you can expect to see a lot of local favorites like El Toro Loco, Bakugan Dragonoid, Monster Mutt, Sonuva Digger, & of course the legendary Grave Digger.

Even though I DID see them last year, I always make it a point to see them in March, as sort of a birthday present to myself. This year I plan on also making up for missing out on the Pit Party they always have on Saturday in the afternoon before the show starts. It's the perfect chance to meet the drivers & see the trucks up close.

• Saturday, March 5th: Pit Party starts at 2:30pm, Gates open at 5:30pm. Show starts at 7pm
• Sunday, March 6th: Gates Open at 1:30pm. Show starts at 3pm.
