The Humane Society of El Paso Is Inviting You To An Adorable Kitten Baby Shower

Warmer weather is coming and here's a fun fact, so is the feline breeding season! You learn something new every day!

In honor of the feline breeding season, the El Paso Humane Society is holding a baby shower on April 2nd to prepare for kitten season and you're invited!

Ok, back to the adorable Kitten Baby Shower! According to Humane Society staff, feline breeding season means an increase in kitten litters for the shelter.

"But we can only take in as many as we could provide proper care for. That's why donating items off our Neonatal/Foster Wish List and volunteering as a Foster parent is so important," said a HSEP staff member.

The event will include food trucks, games, and activities for the whole family. Guests are encouraged to join the baby shower and donate items that can help the humane society prepare for the arrival of these kittens.

Donation items needed include heating pads (without shut-off option), animal nursing kits, miracle nipples, food scales, KMR formula, and Pedialyte (no flavor). 

The Kitten Shower will take place on Saturday, April 2nd from 11 A.M until 3 P.M in the Field of Dreams at the Humane Society of El Paso which is located at 4991 Fred Wilson Ave.
