The Great Khalid Foundation Accepting Scholarship Applications

Calling all high school seniors - The Great Khalid Foundation is currently accepting applications for its Performing Arts Scholarship program.

The Great Khalid Foundation is back once again, giving local high school seniors another opportunity to score a $10,000 performing arts scholarship.

All high school seniors who plan to enter into a college Performing Arts program should consider signing up for this year’s $10K performing arts scholarship issued by The Great Khalid Foundation.

Previous high school recipients of The Great Khalid Foundation's Performing Arts Scholarship have been recognized for their pursuit of higher education, academic achievements, and artistic ability.

Application Requirements:

• Must be a senior in high school
• Completed scholarship application form
• Have a 3.5 GPA or higher
• An acceptance letter into a Performing Arts college or university program
• Write an essay, and submit a video performance.
• Application Deadline: March 31, 2021

Since 2019, The Great Khalid Foundation has advanced music education opportunities for local students and encouraging them to thrive academically.

Over the last few years, The  Great Khalid Foundation has awarded $60,000 in scholarships to local students, distributed over 800 backpacks filled with school supplies, donated $500,000 to the victims, and so much more, including passing out a complete Thanksgiving meal to 1,000 El Paso families in 2020.
