The 5 Most Anticipated Albums of 2018
With the New Year comes new music – Here are 5 of the most anticipated albums of 2018.
Justin Timberlake – Man Of The Woods
Back in 2016 Justin Timberlake dropped hints that he was back in the studio and working on new music. Fast forward to 2017 we found out that not only was he indeed working on a new album but also working with produces Pharrell and Timbaland. Timberlakes new album, Man Of The Woods is set to be released February 2nd during Super Bowl week where he is scheduled to perform during the halftime show. Also, stay tuned because Justin’s first single will be released this Friday, January 5, 2018.
Camila Cabello – Camila
Camila Cabello has had a fabulous 2017, especially after leaving the all girl group Fifth Harmony in late December of 2016. She quickly began making herself a household name as a lead artist with her current hit single Havana. Cabello also went on to open for Bruno Mars during his 24K Magic tour last year and after postponing her debut album Camila, it is scheduled for release on January 12, 2018.
The 1975 – Music For Cars
The British band The 1975 was just one of the awesome bands that made a tour stop in El Paso and since then they have been working on a new album in Music For Cars. This next album will be their third studio album that will focus on their current state as a band musically and honestly there is no exact date for its release so we will have to patiently wait for it and in the meantime spin their last two albums to appease our appetite for this band.
Selena Gomez – Untitled
Selena Gomez has been through a lot in 2017. She recently revealed that she had a kidney transplant, dated The Weeknd and then broke up with him and seemingly began dating Justin Beiber, again. Even after all that Gomez continued to make music and apparently Bad Liar was just her making music for the love and creativity of the trade. We hope that her new album, which remains untitled, is filled with fresh beats and a new sound.
Charlie Puth – Voicenotes
Charlie Puth had a banding year as he went on tour with his bud, Shawn Mendes. While he was out on the road with Mendes, Charlie wrote a bunch of music and used his voice notes app to help put it together hence his new album will be titled, Voicenotes which is scheduled for release on January 19, 2018. Puth will also be headlining his first tour on July 11, 2018 with Hailee Steinfeld as his opening act.
