Free Time is Me Time

Study's show that 86% of women need alone time for their mental health, and this goes for anyone really, but especially for those people out there taking on all the weight of mom life! As you can see though, the reasons mothers need time to themselves varies from remaining happy and positive, to simply getting to experience new things. A moms life is often routine and its nice to have a break every now and then!

How DO Moms Spend Their Time?

From the chart here, we see what moms surveyed say are their favorite or least favorite things to do in their free time. Apparently the least favorite is going out to eat. According to the mothers, their favorite is simply just watching movies and TV at home. Which I gotta agree with. I'm not a mom but I do love movies and TV.

Texas In Top 10 For Moms Peace

Minnesota winds up being in top place but Texas breaks the top 10 at number 7 with a peace and quiet score of 85. That's pretty incredible, you'd think for such a big state with a notorious reputation for being loud, Texas would be much further down on the list.

Well there you have it, peace and quiet is important to everyone, but for those moms out there doing the work of 20 people, its ESPECIALLY important. Moms need a break!
