Well, it might be time to look into buying a new crystal ball.

That’s because earlier last week, a Texas judge awarded almost $7 million to a couple that say a vision from a bogus psychic lead them to believe there was a mass grave located on their property.

Joe Bankston and Gena Charlton recently filed a defamation lawsuit against the pseudo-psychic Presley “Rhonda” Gridley because they say her phony fortune telling lead local law enforcement on a wild goose chase for dozens of dead people that were not there.

According to reports, Gridley indicated on more than one occasion that there was a mass grave located on the couple’s land. However, after an extensive search of the property, nothing resembling a grave was ever uncovered.

Gridley failed to appear at the defamation hearing, which ultimately lead to the judge ruling on behalf of the plaintiffs. An attorney for the couple says that the next step in the process will be determining if the $6.8 million is even collectible.
