Taste of El Paso 2013 Preview – Hoppy Monk

I cannot believe that Taste of El Paso 2013 is already next week! I'm super excited for all the great food and drinks! I visited Hoppy Monk to see what was in store for our taste buds!

The Hoppy Monk is known best for the wonderful draft beverages they have and how many! The menu is pretty extensive from wood fired pizza to rabbit tacos! Such delicious put together dishes it is amazing! When I visited they served some sliders, pizza, a huge juicy burger, apricot habanero wings garnished with celery! It was all so amazing!

At Taste of El Paso, The Hoppy Monk will be serving a liege waffle with whipped rogue creamed smoky blue cheese and seasonal berries. Also they will be serving brulee bison short rib with huckleberry and porter gastrique garnished with a micro green mint, thumbelina carrot, roasted golden baby beets and Yukon golden potatoe espuma!
