There's no sugarcoating it. Despite a solid start, the UTEP football team disappointed the fan base on Saturday night in front of a packed house, falling to North Texas, 31-13.

600 ESPN El Paso, the official flagship station for all UTEP football broadcasts, is excited for another season of Miner football.

Six ESPN+ games, two streaming on Stadium and a pair on CBS Sports Network is the breakdown for the UTEP football television schedule in 2022, as Conference USA announced all start times and TV details for its members on Thursday.

Despite a late-game comeback, UTEP fell to Florida Atlantic (28-25), as the Miners drop to 6-2, 3-1 in C-USA ahead of their home contest against No. 23 UTSA on Saturday, Nov. 6.

For the first time in 18 seasons, UTEP will face off against former WAC foe Boise State on Friday, Sept. 10, with a 7:30 p.m. kickoff.

On the day before their first padded practice was set to take place, UTEP Director of Athletics Jim Senter and head coach Dana Dimel announced the postponement of fall camp due to four players testing positive for COVID-19.
