I'm a child of the '80s, and the other day I was nodding off in front of the TV when a very familiar theme song woke me up.  It was the 'Magnum, P.I.' theme song, and lo and behold, I discovered a channel that lets me relive the glory days of '80s television!

I love the 80's!  We had the best music, movies, and tv shows, like EVER!  And one of the best tv shows was 'Miami Vice'.  Cool clothes, music, and Edward James Olmos in his star-making role as Lt. Martin "Marty" Castillo!

Actor Don Johnson turns 62 today. Don was in the movie, 'The Harrad Experiment" starring Tippi Hedren. It was then that Don... at age 22,  met Tippi's daughter, a 14 year old Melanie Griffith. They began dating, and 4 years later, when she was 18...

Ok, I know Don Johnson was the hottest thing on tv in the 80's because of Miami Vice, but he also did other stuff, like this miniseries, 'The Long Hot Summer'.  The 80's were the heyday of miniseries, and this was one hot one!
