We're  starting to getting a hold of more of the photos and videos the Mars Curiosity Rover is beaming back to earth.

While Curiosity has been described as the most sophisticated roving laboratory to ever land on another planet it isn’t the first rover to grace the red one.

In 2004 we landed two rovers, The Spirit and Opportunity, on Mars. In fact, Opportunity — which was just expected to last 90 days — is still rolling around today

Just imagine what the $2.5 billion Curiosity will be able to capture during its planned two-year stay on the stunningly beautiful planet.
