New Mexico Man Pulls Out Gun in Road Rage Incident
Marty Herrera Was arrested after pulling a gun on another Albuquerque driver in broad daylight. The victim who is asking to remain anonymous, was exiting on I-25 near Tramway in Albuquerque.
The victim merged onto the highway behind a semi and the next thing he knows a BMW is on his tail very angrily honking and got in front of him to only break fast about five times. The victim said that the BMW driver nearly hit him so he decided to get the camera phone rolling incase something did happen. And something indeed did happen. The road raged driver pulled a gun out and pointed it at the victim.
The victim then got off on the next nearest exit and called 911. Herrera was found with the camera evidence and was arrested and his gun was removed from his possession. Herrera was charged with felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and released on a $15,000 bond Wednesday.
