New Downtown El Paso Apartment Units Are Ready For A Public Walkthrough

If you would like to live in downtown El Paso, they you need to check out the latest apartment units with a public walk through this week.

The 501 is at 501 South Campbell. The project is the brainchild of Joe Soto and his family who say that downtown is "full of small businesses, cultural amenities, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. You can walk to them from the 501, you’ll soon be able to hop on the streetcar nearby, and residents have easy access to Interstate 10 and the Border Highway.”

The El Paso Herald Post reports that the 501 has downtown views, washers and dryers, refrigerated air, granite countertops, upscale appliances, 9ft ceilings, and energy efficient lighting. There will also be commercial space on the ground floor of the complex.

During the grand opening event, you will be able to check out the apartments and get refreshments and door prizes.
