Speaking with KFOX, a Texas Parks & Wildlife  captain game warden named Ray Spears said the drought has made wild animals thirsty and they are naturally territorial and that about two weeks ago they also had a report of a mountain lion in Horizon.'

While the mountain lion wandered into the home, likely thirsty, no one was hurt. However, maybe the mountain lion would have enjoyed itself if it wandered into some other places in the area, like:

The Pershing Inn

The game warden did say that it was likely that the mountain lion was thirsty. The Pershing Inn does have a variety of refreshments available.

Aviators

If the mountain lion didn't really like the ambiance at the Pershing Inn, maybe it could have gone into Aviators instead. Aviators kind of has an outdoor patio, in case the mountain lion wanted a fresh breeze with its drink.

Casa Pantera

Casa Pantera is the newest addition to the Five Points neighborhood. Aside from offering a cocktail menu, Casa Pantera also offers a delicious menu. The mountain lion could have had a drink and food. He could have had whatever's lion around. Also, pantera means panther, so maybe the mountain lion thought it would be welcome there.
