Metallica Shares New Rehearsal Video From 2019 Don Haskins Show
Flashback to 2019 when Metallica performed at the Don Haskins Center in this throwback video of the band rehearsing at UTEP.
Today, we are flashing back to February 2019 when the world was free of COVID-19, and Metallica was in town for The WorldWired Tour.
Mind you, tickets were not easy to come by for this tour; as a matter of fact, tickets sold out within minutes, leaving some hard-core fans empty-handed.
The concert was the hottest ticket in town, and rightfully so because Metallica has been rocking out since the '80s and still to this day sound phenomenal live.

One of the reasons why these rock gods sound so incredible live might be because they take their craft seriously, and it shows.
Musicians make it look easy as their talent comes alive on stage, but the truth is that to be great at anything, you must practice, practice, practice, and practice some more to execute your craft smoothly and seamlessly.
In a recent Instagram post, frontman James Hetfield (@_papahet_) shared a video of the band rehearsing at UTEP. The video shows all four band members squeezed inside the boy's locker equipment and all, rocking out to Blackened from their ...And Justice For All album.
It turns out production crews were setting up the stage, so the band did not have access to rehearse - so they improvised and made it work.
For fans like myself, this video validates our fan-hood for Metallica and why they rank as one of the best heavy metal bands around to this day.
