YETI has announced a massive recall of 1.9 million of their soft coolers and gear cases due to a magnet ingestion hazard.

According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, YETI has issued a recall of 1.9 million of their soft coolers and gear cases.

The reason for the recall is due to a magnet ingestion hazard.

The magnet-lined self-closing feature on these YETI products "can fail and result in detached magnets, posing a risk of serious injury or death if ingested."

YETI is offering a refund or replacement on the following products -

YETI Hopper M30 Soft Cooler 1.0 and 2.0

Hopper M20 Soft Backpack Cooler

Sidekick Dry Gear Case

YETI says if you have any of these products that you should stop using them immediately and contact them for a refund or a replacement product of equal or greater value.
