Man Arrested after Commenting on His Own Wanted Photo on Facebook

An Ohio man was arrested Tuesday after he commented on his own wanted photo that was posted on the Butler County Sheriff's Facebook page in Ohio.

Andrew Marcum, 21, of Hamilton, Ohio was on Facebook when he scrolled passed his very own mug shot on the local Sheriff's Department Facebook page.

The post explained he was wanted for many outstanding warrants and even included three photos of Marcum. Just four hours after the pictures and description was posted, he commented, “I ain't tripping. half of them don't even know me.”

The Sheriff's Office was quick to reply and said very nonchalantly, “Andrew Marcum – If you could stop by the Sheriff's Office, that would be great.”

Unfortunate for him, someone did know him and tipped off the police and he was arrested later that day. What a dumb criminal.
