Madonna vs Lady Gaga Tension

Madonna is claiming that Lady Gaga's "Born This Way" sounds a lot like her 1980's hit "Espress Yourself". In a Newsweek interview Madonna said " I thougt this is a wonderful way of redoing my song". She then added "I recognize the cord changes. I thought it was interesting". What do you think? Does Lady Gaga's "Born This Way" sound like "Express Yourself"?
