Saddleback Ranch, a small family run dairy in Las Cruces, NM is selling fresh, whole, raw Jersey milk all year long and you can place your order online and pick up at their ranch or at the new pick location on Tuesday’s.

Raw milk has gotten a pretty bad reputation over the years but actually, there are some benefits to drinking unpasteurized milk. Grass-fed milk contains natural antibiotic properties and is full of healthy amino acids and enzymes, unlike pasteurized milk which destroys enzymes and lessens vitamins and has been linked to increased allergies and even tooth decay in children. Saddleback Ranch will have a pop up every Tuesday to pick pre-reserved Grade A certified raw milk at 375 Sunland Park Drive at the empty parking lot located across the street from the Sunland Park Race Track west entrance. You can pre-order any time before Tuesday at 5 p.m. and pick up anytime between 7:30 p.m. and 7:45 p.m.
