This year's Mardi Gras Block Party on Cincinnati Street is going to get crunk.

Lil Jon, The King of Crunk himself, will be headlining the 13th annual Fat Tuesday celebration on Feb. 28 at the west El Paso Cincinnati Entertainment District.

YEAAAAH! OOOOOH-KAAAAY!

The Grammy Award Winning Artist and Multi-Platinum Record Producer will perform a live DJ Set, spinning his favorite hits -- and most likely some of his own creations and collaborations, such as Turn Down for What, Get Low, and Yeah!

Born and raised in Atlanta, Jon got his start in the music world by DJ’ing at local clubs. He formed the rap group Lil Jon & the East Side Boyz in 1997 before going solo in 2003. He's since produced songs for and collaborated with many hip-hop artists, including Snoop Dogg, Ludacris, the Ying Yang Twins, and Ice Cube.

Jon twice competed on NBC’s Celebrity Apprentice when the show was still hosted by now-President Donald Trump.
