Lest We Forget

Our troops are out of Iraq, but we need to remember that we still have troops fighting and dying in Afghanistan.  Two more soldiers were killed today.

At least five NATO soldiers have been killed by Afghan security forces since the burning of Koran's at a NATO base a month ago.  Officials aren't sure what the motive was for the attack that took the lives of the soldiers today.

We still have troops who are in Afghanistan who are stationed here at Fort Bliss - troops that need to be remembered and prayed for.  We here at KISS FM thank all of our troops and their families for their service, and we offer our sincerest condolences to the families of the lost soldiers.
