Las Cruces Masseur Accused of Violating Client

A Las Cruces massage therapist is sitting in jail this morning after he allegedly used his thumb to sexually violate a client during a massage therapy session.

According to the Dona Ana County Sheriff’s Office, the man pressing charges said he called 48-year-old David Figueroa to his home to help relieve back pain he was experiencing.

While massaging the guy, Figueroa reportedly worked his way down to the man’s bottom, which made the man uncomfortable enough to tell Figueroa that area was off limits. Figueroa continued to massage the guy’s behind anyway, and then allegedly inserted his thumb into the no-go hole.

Deputies say the victim hauled off and punched Figueroa in the mouth, who then beat a hasty retreat. Figueroa has since been charged with criminal sexual penetration.
