KHLOE KARDASHIAN/LAMAR ODOM MARRIAGE WATCH: Is KHLOE KARDASHIAN afraid to divorce LAMAR ODOM? TMZ reports the youngest Kardashian sister is ready to dump Odom but she's afraid to pull the trigger because she fears he'll OD or kill himself if she does. Sources tell the gossip site that although Khloe thinks the demise of her marriage is "inevitable" she hasn't taken any steps towards ending things, and won't for the foreseeable future, because she doesn't want to chance pushing him over the edge.

She went on to say she didn't understand how Sinead could go and pick a fight with her, right after she tried to pay her a compliment.

BABY POOP: Although HALLE BERRY and OLIVIER MARTINEZ have yet to make any official announcements, E! News reports they named their new baby boy Maceo Robert Martinez. According to their source, "They chose [Maceo] because it means gift from God. Olivier wanted to give a nod to his Spanish roots." Robert is the first name of Olivier’s father. Maceo was born Saturday in Los Angeles. He is the first child for the couple, who married in July.

2. JAIME KING is a mom. The former "My Name Is Earl" co-star and hubby Kyle Newman welcomed a baby boy, James Knight Newman, Sunday. The proud papa announced the baby’s birth on Instagram, writing, "Nice to meet you!” along with the above shot of the baby’s fingers. King later tweeted “Baby’s First Picture, along with a pic of The Lion King’s Rafiki, holding up Simba.

“Lindsay really wants to help other people and she’s talked to some of her wealthy friends who are sober about the prospect of opening up a rehab center,” the insider revealed. “She loves the idea and really believes that if her name is attached to it, it will help draw attention to sobriety.” A rep for the actress tells the self-proclaimed rumor-busting website Gossip Cop the story is “not true.”
