Khloe Kardashian’s BFF Malika Blasts ‘Coward’ Jordyn Woods Amid Cheating Scandal
Malika Haqq has her best friend Khloe Kardashian's back amid the Jordyn Woods-Tristan Thompson cheating scandal.
After learning that Woods would appear on Jada Pinkett Smith's Facebook Watch show, Red Table Talk, Haqq blasted her for being a "coward" in Instagram comments, according to a TMZ report. Haqq also accused Woods, 21, of using the interview "to gain self pity" and making excuses for her behavior.
"I've been wrong before and I'll be wrong again but I damn sure wouldn't make excuses (alcohol) in an interview to gain self pity and save face," she wrote. "No one in my life would condone that coward like behavior."
She then addressed criticisms of her past relationship with Adrian Wilson, who was legally married at the time. The subject came up during a past episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
"I said it before and I'll say it again, I HAVE NEVER EXCUSED MY BEHAVIOR. I choose to believe what I wanted to believe. I was wrong for that. Wrong is wrong. I'm not excusing myself or anyone else. I made m bed so I had to lie in it. Trust I took the L. It's called being an adult. And I damn sure did not ask a soul to fight for w hat I believe in or bully anyone else."
While her friends and family have spoken out on her behalf, Kardashian hasn't addressed the drama directly. She did touch on the situation in a tweet, telling her fans she was thankful for all the kind messages and that she would be back on social media when she felt ready. Kardashian, 34, has also liked some very telling tweets, including one that read, "He slept with Khloe's baby daddy, and they haven't even publicly said ONE bad thing about her, just unfollowed her, so how is that the Kardashians fault? Jordyn smeared her OWN name!"
The Kardashian-Jenner family is said to be upset about the interview. Entertainment Tonight reported that the family feels she should be focusing on "healing her relationship privately" with them. Woods could potentially face legal repercussions, as she is said to have signed a non-disclosure agreement stating that she can't speak on their personal lives.
Woods' interview is set to air on Friday.
