KELLY OSBOURNE REJECTS LADY GAGA’S PEACE OFFERING: KELLY OSBOURNE is not ready to make nice with LADY GAGA. The two have been feuding since 2009 after Kelly criticized Gaga for skipping the red carpet at the Grammy Awards. That comment prompted Gaga to berate Kelly on Twitter, and Kelly to call Gaga a hypocrite for not intervening to stop the online bullying by Gaga's "little Monsters" that followed.

LINDSAY, MILEY PARTY TOGETHER: Two of our favorite hot messes were out after MILEY CYRUS' surprise SNL appearance this weekend. According to the New York Post's Page Six, both the "tongue-waving twerk queen" and LINDSAY LOHAN showed up at a Chelsea club late Saturday night. When Linds spotted Miles, she immediately climbed over the booth to sit with her. According to a source, they immediately began whispering together, and the two parties basically became one. Ah, to have been a fly on that wall! Word is they left together around 5:00 a.m. The Post doesn't say if Lindsay had anything to drink.

CHRIS BROWN ASSAULT CHARGE REDUCED: CHRIS BROWN had some good news in court yesterday. The judge reduced his felony assault charge to a misdemeanor, then set him free without bail after he pleaded not guilty.

Before turning him loose, the judge ordered Brown to appear in court again on November 25, and to stay 100 yards away from his accuser. Brown was arrested Sunday after punching a man outside his hotel and breaking his nose. Cops say the fight started after the man photobombed Chris and a couple of girls he was taking a picture with.

THE DAY MIKE TYSON CAUGHT BRAD PITT MESSIN' WITH ROBIN GIVENS: BRAD PITT nearly got his face rearranged when boxing champion MIKE TYSON caught him with his ex-wife. It happened after Tyson and ROBIN GIVENS split up in 1988. She rebounded with a then-unknown Brad Pitt, but she and Tyson were still messing around, too. So one day Tyson showed up at Robin's house, and Brad was already there canoodling with Robin.

Tyson writes in his new autobiography "Undisputed Truth" that Brad begged him not to beat him. "Dude, don't strike me," he claims Brad told him, adding. "You had to see the look on his face. He looked like he was ready to receive his last rites. He also looked stoned out of his gourd." "Undisputed Truth" comes out November 12.

'DANCING' UPDATE - SNOOKI ELIMINATED: It was time for another celebrity to go home last night on "Dancing With the Stars". Despite getting the night's low score, Bill Engvall survived and Snooki ended up getting the boot. She took it pretty hard, too, bursting into tears. "I can’t even talk right now," she said through tears, adding, "I love everybody here, so it sucks." The audience seemed as shocked as Snooki, booing at the result.

WATCH BRITNEY BUST OUT HALLOWEEN CLIP 'IT’S BRITNEY WITCH': With Halloween days away, BRITNEY SPEARS has gotten into the spooky spirit of the day in a Halloween-themed video with a BBC radio host titled “It’s Britney, Witch.” The clip features Brit reading the iconic VINCENT PRICE portion of MICHAEL JACKSON'S “Thriller” while breaking into a British accent with varying degrees of success.

SOMALI PIRATES HATE BRITNEY'S MUSIC: UK newspaper The Sun reports shipping crews off the coast of Africa use her songs to deter Somali pirates from trying to highjack their vessels as they sail through the region. British Merchant Navy officer Rachel Owens told the paper the pirates can't stand Western culture. “Her songs were chosen by security accompanying tankers because they thought the pirates would hate them most. As soon as the pirates get a blast of Britney they move on as quickly as they can."

COULD BE TRUE, BUT PROBABLY CRAP - O.J. SIMPSON IS KHLOE'S REAL DAD: BRUCE JENNER could be getting a helping hand should his separation from wife KRIS ever turn into a divorce battle with wife KRIS, and from the most unlikely of all people too -- O.J. Simpson! According to the rarely-reliable National Enquirer, O.J.  has said he wants to help Bruce "destroy" Kris, whom he dated while she was still married to his longtime lawyer Robert Kardashian.

A source tells the rag, “Simpson has hated Kris ever since she portrayed him as a brutal monster in her book. He’s vowed to get even with her someday and says helping Bruce in the divorce is a golden opportunity." Simpson's biggest bombshell? The snitch says, “Khloe reached out to O.J., and he told her point-blank that he is her father. Kris laughed it off and told Khloe to forget about him. But now, O.J. says he’s got a letter Kris wrote back in the 1980s, and in it she admits that Khloe is his child. To O.J., it is the final proof about Khloe, and he wants Bruce to use it in the divorce case, too.”
