The Junior League of El Paso has locked in the dates for this year’s annual "A Christmas Fair" holiday gift market.

The 2019 edition of one of El Paso’s longest running Christmas-time events will be held Friday through Sunday, Nov. 1-3, at the El Paso Convention Center, according to the civic organization's Facebook.

As in previous years, over 200 merchants from around the country are expected to participate selling a wide range of gifts, jewelry, arts, crafts, and decorations. “Seeing is Believing” is the theme this year, so in addition to the shopping a Santa’s Village and toyshop will add to the fair's atmosphere of wonder and delight.

The Junior League also plans to incorporate a Farmer’s Market in the convention center lobby spotlighting local craftsman and artists.

Several special events are being worked on and will be detailed at a later date, and traditional features such as a private shopping experience and story-time and cookies with Santa will return.

Considered a Yultide tradition, A Christmas Fair has officially kicked off the holiday season in El Paso for the past 46 years.
