Dirt: Bret Michaels Denies Affair

IN DENIAL: BRET MICHAELS categorically denied having an affair with MILEY'S mom, TISH CYRUS, during an appearance yesterday morning on "Fox and Friends".

"Did I or didn't I? The answer is no...I've been friends with their family forever."

Tish has already denied the affair ... so has BILLY RAY, who claims he and his soon-to-be ex-wife are on “the best of terms.”

So why then did he get a temporary restraining order that prohibits either party from harassing, threatening or assaulting the other, and from disparaging one another in front of their kids?

We don't have an answer, Skippy. It's what they call a 'rhetorical question'. For now you'll have to staaaaaay tuuuuned!

MAD MEL UPDATE: MEL GIBSON'S Russian baby-mamma, Oksana Grigorieva, is now saying Mel cheated on her with numerous women during their time together.

She's now looking for the alleged other women, hoping one of them can help her prove Mel is too violent to be around their 1-year-old daughter, Lucia.

Oksana's lawyer said an investigator has been hired to track down the four women Oksana believes Mel cheated with.
