Hollywood Dirt: Mariah Carey, Nick Cannon Welcome Twins Into the World

'DEM BABIES ARE HERE!!!:Congratulations to Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon, who welcomed their twin babies - a boy and girl -  into the world earlier this afternoon ... and on their wedding anniversary, no less!

The girl came first, all 5lbs. and 3oz. of her, followed closely by her brother, weighing 5lbs. 6oz., according to her publicist. "My wife just gave me the most incredible anniversary gift ever in life! I won't ever be able to top this!" Cannon tweeted. (-- Carey and Cannon are also celebrating their third wedding anniversary today.)

According to her publicist, the couple listened to Mariah's song ‘We Belong Together’ after the birth of their children.
