Hilarious Anthony PD Chase Involves a Chancla and Baffling Ending

Some GTA kind of shiz went down just outside El Paso city limits, and a couple of El Pasoans happened to be at the right place at the right time to film their own LIVE PD-type situation.

According to FitFam El Paso, which posted the 36-second video on Instagram, the clip is “an actual police chase in Anthony.” As far as evading arrest videos go, this is one of the funniest you’ll see.

Mostly because it’s SOOO El Paso.

Aside from engaging in some wadded-up paper throwing and running away from an officer to avoid detention, the suspect does it with one chancla on her foot and the other chancla in her hand.

Then -- this is the baffling part -- after successfully running across I-10 and avoiding apprehension, being tased, and several cars, the woman sprints back across the interstate (chancla still in hand) and returns to the scene of the crime.

And what can you say about the El Paso girl commentary as the dramatic events unfold. “She’s a runner, she’s a track star,” and “Oh, hell no” are classic.

The post provides absolutely no context, so we don’t know the reason why the woman found herself on the wrong side of the law or why she went to all that trouble of getting away only to go back.

All we know is that the ridiculously entertaining clip ends with the lady on the ground in cuffs. Because Anthony PD always gets their man. Or woman.
