These kids deserve a huge high five for their creative effort in raising awareness for Autism.

The Students from Hernando High School's Interact Club and CFA Leadership Academy put together a parody video called "Uptown Blue". Of course it is to the tune of the famous Uptown Funk from Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars.

The kids used the song to raise awareness for autism and encourage their community to get involved in their events this coming up weekend. This Friday they are having a "Light Up Blue Pep Rally", and all students are encouraged to wear the color of Autism Awareness, blue. Then on Saturday they are having a "Bolt for Blue 5K" then later that evening they will be lighting up Hernando Square with blue lights. Kudos to these kids.

April 2, World Autism Awareness Day, the students want everyone to wear blue and for business owners to light up their buildings at night with blue lights.
