Heart of Gold Fashion Show This Weekend to Benefit Candlelighters of El Paso

In honor of September being Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, Candlelighter’s Children will be walking down the runway in custom fashion apparel made from Six Local Designers this Saturday, September 17, 2016.

The Hearts of Gold Fashion Show, celebrates the courage and hearts of gold of Candlelighter’s children and guests are encouraged to wear a gold ribbon, which is the universal symbol of Childhood Cancer Awareness.

The Fashion Show is free admission and will take place at the Best Western Hotel and Conference Center at 6655 Gateway West. Doors open at 6:30 pm and the show starts at 7:30 pm. Donations will be accepted at the door or at candlelighterselp.org. The proceeds will benefit Candlelighter’s of West Texas and Southern New Mexico.

Candlelighter’s is the only no-cost provider in the region that supports children with cancer, ages 0 to 21. Designers include Vanessa X Vanessa, Hommework, Megan Fullerton, Mundano by Salvador Castaneda, Diego “Robot” Martinez, Kids Rock Couture, Bride and Social and Dillards.
