Give a Big Dog From Ep Animal Services a Good Home for Valentines

The El Paso Animal Services shelter is gearing up for another big holiday adoption event. Get ready to open your heart and home to a dog in need. You know what they say- the bigger the dog, the bigger the heart.

Animal Services has announced their Valentine's Day promo, "Big Dogs, Bigger Hearts," where adoption fees are waived for dogs 30 pounds and up. From February 13th through the 19th, you can go down to the El Paso Animal Services shelter and look at their wide selection of large dogs that are desperately in need of a loving owner to go home too.

In an update on Wednesday, February 1st, the

jjshelter gave an update letting people know there are over 858 animals currently in the shelter looking for their forever homes. The staff is working tirelessly to try and get as many animals as possible adopted and out the doors, but they are still way over capacity.

If you're looking to adopt a new pet you can one of their two locations at 5001 Fred Wilson Avenue and the Mission Valley Adoption Center at 9068 Socorro Road.
