Get Ready To Race Against Racism

Get those sneakers ready because the YWCA’s annual Race Against Racism returns on January 19, 2015. 

This is an opportunity where runners and walkers gather in an effort to ‘stomp’ out racism in our community with a 5k, 10k or family fun walk during Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

Race day registration and packet pick up: 7:30 a.m. - 8:15 a.m. and all runners will receive a t-shirt.

This year the YWCA is offering FREE a post race pancake breakfast to runners.

Breakfast tickets for non-racers:

• Adults - $5
• Children under 12 - $3

Raffles prizes and special awards will be given away after the race at the pancake breakfast.

• 1 mile family fun walk: $20 / $25
• 5k run: $20 / $25
• 10k run: $20 / $25
• Military: $15 / $20
• Students/group 10+: $15 / $20
