Gene Roddenberry Planetarium Adds Additional June Public ShowS

While The Roddenberry is primarily used for educating El Paso’s students about the wonders of the cosmos, it also offers opportunities for the general public to visit the facility.

As previously reported, public shows recently resumed at the Roddenberry after a two-year hiatus. All the shows scheduled for May sold out within hours, but 12 new showtimes have been added.

Each show will have limited seating of 60 attendees per show.

Programming will include a "Tonight's Sky" talk and a full dome presentation of "From Earth to the Universe."

Seats for June 7, 8, 14, 15, 21, 22 are available.

Public Shows are free, but a ticket is needed to attend and they are only available online. No walk-ups. All upcoming shows are on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and are scheduled for 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., and 3 p.m. to 4:15 p.m.
