Free Flu Vaccines for Kids Offered in El Paso

It’s National Influenza Vaccination Week and the Department of Public Health in El Paso is offering free flu shots for children.

Coming up on Wednesday, December 6, 2017, the Department of Public Health is waiving the administration fee so El Paso qualifying children receive their flu shots.

The free flu vaccine will be administered from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. at two locations:

• Immunization Program Health Centers located at the Ysleta Center at 110 Candelaria Road
• Henderson Center located at 721 South Mesa

Qualifications:

• Children up to 18 years of age
• Uninsured
• Medicaid recipient
• CHIP recipient
• American Indian or Alaskan native
