Bryant Collins was in the right place at the right time when he found a small baby crawling on a busy Georgia roadside. He pulled over, called police, and stayed with the baby for two hours until the situation was over. And when the child started to cry, he played gospel music on his phone for her, calming her down.

Collins, who spent 10 years in prison on drug charges has a new outlook on life.

"It made me feel good, that I could be in society and do good," Collins said.

The baby left her home and crawled nearly 300 yards to the highway. The father was later arrested for several charges including child cruelty, reckless conduct, and obstruction. The mother of the baby spoke on to NBC News saying, "We're not bad parents."
