I was going to post this a few weeks ago, but then coronavirus happened. I’ve decided to do it anyway because we could all use a distraction from all the COVID-19 stuff, and what better than the goodness that is Khalid and his music.

El Paso's Khalid was a return guest on "The Ellen Degeneres Show" on March 3, and this time he performed a song and chatted with the host.

After taking the stage almost three years to the date of his first appearance on the show, the Sun City singing sensation bounced and danced his way through his latest single release, "Know Your Worth,” before taking a chair alongside Ellen.

The two talked about the inspiration for the song, and how far he’s come in the years since he was last on the show. And, of course, Khalid being Khalid he gave all the credit to his rabid fan base. "I really give it up to the fans because the fans are the reason I'm selling out all these shows and I'm selling these records and winning these awards," he told Ellen.

When asked about the positive vibes of his new song, the Americas High alum said the inspiration came from meeting his fans, and looking inward. "I feel like sometimes I have trouble knowing my worth and realizing my worth. I feel it’s something we can all relate to, and it’s just such a feel-good song."
