Show of hands: Who is ready for some Sun Bowl football fun?! The 2023 Tony The Tiger Sun Bowl Game is happening Friday, December 29th but before the big game there’s always an even bigger fiesta!

The 25th Annual Sun Bowl Fan Fiesta takes center stage this Thursday, December 28th at the El Paso Convention Center from 4 pm to 10 pm and everyone is invited!

Presented by El Paso Live and fueled by the Sun Bowl Association, this free, family-friendly extravaganza is set to kick off the excitement and it’s a chance for fans to witness a battle of the bands which will be led by none other than Tony the Tiger himself! 

The fan fiesta officially starts at 4 pm when the El Paso Convention Center doors swing open to the public, setting the stage for an epic Tony the Tiger Sun Bowl Parade at 5:30 pm. 

Fans that attend the fiesta will also be able to enjoy live entertainment from Jessica Flores and DJ Johnny Kage. As the sun sets, the Battle of the Marching Bands will light up the main hall, guaranteeing a musical showdown like no other.

If you stay at the event long enough you’ll be able to enjoy a jaw-dropping drone show, courtesy of Visit El Paso, lighting up the Convention Center Plaza with 400 synchronized drones painting the sky with stunning images of El Paso landmarks.

The 2023 Sun Bowl Fan Fiesta will also have the opportunity for people to do some local shopping, play some foosball games, mini golf, enjoy some mouthwatering concessions, bars overflowing with spirit, and so much more!
