El Paso Rapper Krystall Poppin Is Joining Ice Cube’s “Kings of The West” Tour

The luck of the Irish is in full force on this St. Patrick’s Day for El Paso rapper Krystall Poppin as she shared some exciting news about an upcoming tour!

Poppin shared the exciting news that she would be joining Ice Cube for his “Kings of the West” tour that kicks off on March 18th in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, and wraps up in San Angelo, Texas on Saturday, March 19th.

But before Poppin heads out for this two-day tour she’ll be jumping on stage tonight at the UTEP Don Haskins Center as a special guest for Ice Cube’s “Check Yo’ Self” St. Patrick's Day Party. The show will feature 9 other artists including Too Short, MC Magic, and Baby Bash.

Sightings of the artists are already popping up all over social media with one El Pasoan sharing a selfie with Ice Cube at the DoubleTree Hotel

McMagic shared a photo of himself right in front of the E-L-P letters at the El Paso International Airport with the caption reading, “Greetings from the 915.”

Now back to Krystall Poppin. This isn’t the first major artist that she has opened up for. You might remember back in 2019 Poppin was an opening act for female rapper, Cardi B.

I met Krystall Poppin years ago when she decided to quit her day job, pack up her bags and move to Las Vegas to pursue her career as a female rapper.

It’s great to see a local female rapper making a name for herself in a male-dominated field, but what is so great to see is that Krystall Poppin has never given up on her dreams and she continues to hustle! Hard work will always pay off in the end and Krystall is proof of that!
