Movies at the Park Returns to El Paso This Summer With Free Outdoor Screenings
One of the best free events in the city is back, El Paso. The City of El Paso Parks and Recreation Department is bringing back Movies at the Park, the beloved free outdoor film series that turns neighborhood parks into open-air theaters all summer long.
Presented in partnership with Raising Cane's, ZTEX, and the El Paso Community Foundation, the series kicks off Friday, May 29 with Zootopia 2 at Cleveland Square Park in Downtown El Paso. From there, screenings hopscotch across all eight city districts through September, meaning there is a movie night coming to a park near you.
All showings are free and start at 8 PM on Fridays. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, blankets, and snacks. Whether it is a family night, a date night, or just a reason to get outside, this is one of the best free traditions the Sun City has to offer.
