El Paso Man Dead After He Wraps His Car Around Telephone Pole

An early morning crash ended in the death of a man, and a gruesome accident scene.

El Paso police say an unidentified man wrapped his vehicle around a telephone pole around 3 o’clock this morning in Northeast El Paso.

The man died at the scene.

No one else was in the car at the time of the accident.

Traffic investigators had to close down streets in the neighborhood near Parkland High School for some time this morning because the man’s body was trapped in the vehicle.
