A homeless man recently surrendered his poodle mix to the El Paso Humane Society because he could no longer take care of him. The bad news was Baxter was matted and had a terribly overgrown coat that needed immediate attention. The good news is that the Humane Society is the only shelter in the area that has a certified groomer on-staff, so Baxter went from sad to stunning in no time.
