El Paso Downtown Farmer’s Market Comes Back This Weekend
The Christmas season is over and now it's time to get back to the grind. Work. School. No more Christmas cookies. No more hanging out downtown at WinterFest. What are you going to do to fill your time?
You could go downtown to the first Downtown Art and Farmers Market of the year. The Farmers Market takes a break during Winterfest, but this weekend, you can head back to downtown and check out all the fun and cool stuff all over again.
There are over 40 local vendors and you can find all kinds of amazing, one of a kind items. This weekend you'll be able to shop and buy local organic eggs, specialty agricultural items, local art, clothing, and baked goods. The vendors are local so all that money stays in our area and keeps people employed. The weather should also be nice, and because the market is operating under their winter hours, you won't have to get up too early.
One of the things that is so much fun about our downtown farmers market is that you get to hang out in a historic area of town and are within walking distance to San Jacinto Plaza. Even though WinterFest is over, the plaza is still a lovely place to visit and still very Instagrammable even in the winter.
