This weekend, May 15th through the 17th is National Pet Adoption weekend and the City of El Paso Animal Services wants to help you celebrate.

This weekend is National Pet Adoption weekend, part of Petsmart Charities' National Pet Adoption Week. On average, about 17,000 homeless pets find their forever homes during National Pet Adoption Weekend. Will you be one of those lucky homes that get a new pet?

The City of El Paso Animal Services Shelter is holding a pet adoption special this weekend only to celebrate. For only $30, you can adopt a pet from the shelter.

Animals who are adopted from the Animal Services Shelter are spayed or neutered, microchipped, given age-appropriate vaccinations, and are licensed with the City of El Paso. For only $30, these animals are quite the bargain!

If you want to go and see some of the dogs and cats, give them a call at (915) 842-1000 or head down to the City of El Paso Animal Services. They are located at 5001 Fred Wilson, right across form the Fort Bliss Cemetery. Their hours of operation are:
Fri: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sat: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sun: 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.

You can also check out their website to see more adoptable animals!

This weekend is "National Adoption Weekend," May 15 - May 17. To celebrate, Animal Services is discounting its adoption...
